OLA worked with legal counsel to produce an updated 2008 Innkeeper's Manual, a comprehensive guide outlining government relations, legal tips, employee relations and Oregon Revised Statutes. Members have access to download this guide for free or anyone can purchase the wire-bound copy by completing the order form.

Smith Travel Research provides monthly reports of aggregate data on occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPar in various regions of Oregon. Members have access to complimentary monthly STAR reports and can download a pdf each month.
